I have United and they cover 80% of the Dexcom after I satisfy my high deductible. It costs me $1200 every 3 months until I satisfy my deductible. My plan is actually through UMR for management but uses the United Healthcare network and from what I understood rules on what is covered. They only covered Dexcom via the same rules as Medicare.
