Seems like I'd get a lot more bosses/per minute that way than playing the mission through normally. Anderson manhunt is by far the most efficient exotic farm right now. Summit specifically has pathetic drop rates even on Legendary with 5 directives (what I play). Anderson is a guaranteed exotic every 10-15 minutes. Try running missions where targeted loot is backpacks or go into the summit and set your targeted loot to backpacks. You will eventually get 1. Open faction boxes. I have gotten like 20+ lol.
