Tellurium is a rough one, very hard to target farm and I don’t believe it even has any breakables like pretty much everything else. Archwing missions generally give a drop or two every other mission or so. Kuva Fortress missions also drop it once in a while too, though you’re probably not up to that if you haven’t unlocked Uranus yet.
