The funny thing about the ship with 950 shields, it has a 1600 generator. Like, it should never be below 1600. The inherent problem, even if you can dup your ship is when you get the unique ship components. Had anyone else experienced a bug with this mission? When I fly to Volii Upsilon it shows a waypoint in space for a 'Delinquent Spacer Ship' but its invisible and I cant board or interact with it.
