Make sure you oil that barrel, slide, rails, and the recoil spring real good. These P365`s are extremely tight guns. They need to polish themselves up, so keep it wet with some sort of gun lube. I put a dab of grease on the barrel lug too. Trust me on this, it does help these 365`s run very smooth.
