Right, but the 0.0116 number is the "verify address" time and (for whatever reason) counted as Box time in RRECS. Routes are going to be missing LOTS of DPS time under RRECS. Is RRECS so far from implementation people just aren't concerned?

If you have this interval data, drive time calculator will determine your new drive time. You need drive time for the next section, fixed data . But don't worry, you can approximate this value if interval distances are hard to determine.
