For now it's just fatigue. I don't remember any rule that makes fatigue worse, or that makes cumulative fatigue or something like that. For some classes like barbarian, being fatigued is terrible, while for others it's an inconvenience. Without resting you can't make daily preparations which, again for some is awful for others is not that bad.
