The first week of February I felt a bit depressed about it. I had 2 "good" tinnitus days that week 6/10 instead of 8,5/10. The second and third week I was doing fine again. And my tinnitus was lower 6/10. The last week of February my tinnitus went up again to 8,5/10 and until now I am down and focussed on it.
