The EG4 is basically the same as the LV6548 and it handles N-G bond the exact same manner. N-G are bonded under inverter operation. Since you only have one 6500EX your only option for output is 120V. The four wires on incoming 240V are L1, L2, Neutral and Ground. This means you'll only be using one leg of your input for power, either L1 or L2. Let's say L1. On the inverter you will connect L1 to the L input, neutral to the N input, and ground to the G input.

So I purchased two EG4 6500 EX's and wired them in parallel with six EG4 48v 100ah batteries. Everything is working pretty well since I got 1335 watts of solar panel going to each PV1 on each inverter. Batteries are charging well and I have 240v at the main load box.
