If you are using squads like that to fight in proving grounds you won't get far.... A basic SLKR squad would be SLKR, KRU, HUX, FOST, Sith Trooper.

This is setting me back month by month. When I read about Proving Ground, they say you can beat Maul with any GL, except SLKR, but I have JMK and I get defeat after defeat!

CAT event in proving grounds harder? Been doing the CAT event in proving grounds for over a year now with r8 gas and r7 501st clones with about a 25% success rate, but all the sudden for this event I am getting absolutely wrecked. Gas is down before any of my toons even take a turn and maul takes out the whole team before he is back up.

You can refresh any given tier twice for a crazy amount of crystals. So in theory you can get up to 60 shards/event, but it's costly. So if you're starting with 0 shards and doing 2 refreshes on a given tier, it will take roughly 6 months to unlock any given toon.They said "It is our intention to use Proving Grounds as a location for players to earn specific Units over time, but at the initial release Commander Ahsoka Tano and Razor Crest will be the two available Units."
