Xfinity can't seem to get the message. I found out I was eligible for Peacock only because I had an SMS chat with support to get rid of a phone number. I was told I only had to sign into Peacock using my xFinity user ID and pw. Naturally that did not work. Not on the xFinity Flex 4K, Roku, Android or Apple TV.
