Tried another 20 odd runs with all three characters but still haven't got the Hunter one to drop yet. I think the exotic glaive will be given with the exotic quest on Mars board, not by dropping it. You get the other 2 from wellspring drops doe. You have to craft the exotic glaives.

The bubble is very small such that there is little the player can do with the bubble and the weapon doesn't have access to perks that legendary glaives have access to.
