The average Saiyan is nowhere near the strength of the average viltrumites and even the strongest (except for broly, late Goku, vegeta, gohan, and maybe Goten and trunks) do not approach the speeds of Viltrumites. So it basically any hybrid would basically be broly and surpass the likes of Mark and thragg after about two zenkai boosts at most.
