My RGB30 wouldn't quite hit 60fps for PSX in JelOS, so I flashed an ArkOS card to see if things would improve. It ran flawlessly, and after some research, I found that JelOS defaults globally to a CPU governor that outputs only as much power as needed in the moment. In Linux, a CPU governor determines clock speeds.Hold down R3 (the right analog button clicks) and tap power to shut down. I haven't had an issue with ARKOS not loading when I started shutting down like that. But if it did, like others have suggested, just boot up JELOS, shut that down, and switch with ARKOS and it'll boot up fine. There was a fix in November for some issues related to quick mode. If you didn't run the OTA update before enabling quick mode, disabling and enabling quick mode is a logic fix. I was considering trying ArkOS but thought I’d give a factory reset a go first. So far it seems to have fixed the issue. My device is still running the latest version of JELOS after the reset but the sound is working as expected now.
