(for example.... i am on a level 14 character and use two handed melee weapons all the time but every time i go back into the game it says my two-handed weapon skill is like 14 or something when it should be much much higher) It happens for ...When you reset a skill, you get perks back and keep your current player level, but the skill goes back to 15.
