I have 341 days off Kratom and all opioids with the help of Vivitrol (injectable extended release naltrexone mentioned in the post). Yeah a couple times, phenibut is way more subtle IMO so Kratom kinda takes over but the combo is nice phenibut just lasts for a while (peak 5-8 hours in), while Kratom takes 45-1hr to kick in and lasts for 2-3hrs.
