After establishing the day/time, he ended up a no-show without letting me know. Unbeknownst to us, this place had natural gas which I've never had before. No ability to cook or have hot water.

It took 3 months to fix a dishwasher. - Maintenance broke my roof and never fixed it. - FEES! Oh my, the number of fees is just crazy.
