ring anoints are a joke, and really aren't even worth the time or oils put into them. I use empowering tower range and empowering tower effect and I can at least confirm the range one is working. my empowering tower range is definetly working since the AoE of them is now huge so maybe it depends on the annointment itself. Anyhow, the biggest takeaway is that there's only 3 tower annointment options that ignore blight mob resistance and out of the 3(flamethrower tower, freezebolt tower, and shock nova tower) shock nova and freezebolt are garbage and with flamethrower towers you can be carefree of the pesky resistance factor.
