Jera has always been said to be super useful, but how many big uses does it actually have? In the right situation it can be GREAT! Blood Bank to get lots of cois + Jera can result in tons of coins. Jera in the Chest or Dark Room starting rooms result in twice as many items. It does have uses if used correctly. Round 1: Rune Shard Complete family man, demo man, and waka waka. High brow unlocks a rune that doubles on consumables on the floor. Use it on the chest first room for an extra 4 items, of for great fun combine it with a blank card. Nov 7, 2015 · The Blank Card/Jera tactic is certainly tried and generally true, followed by the less-reliable Undefinied tactic. But I thought it would be nice to shed a little light on another potential game breaker. And this way, you can just get ahold of Blank Card and Jera before fighting Hush and just go to the Chest and break away there instead.

I'd say that Algiz > Perthro. You can get a better Perthro effect from the Soul of Isaac and a different one from the Soul of Eden. The Rune Bag, Eternal D6, etc. now give a lot more options as well.
