Darkmoon Greatsword has the highest and easiest dps to deal out of those 3, but you get it fairly late into the game as a reward for an important questline. Personally i would recommend BHF from the beginning and then switch to Darkmoon once you get to hit, but honestly all those 3 are so cracked that you won't really have any big problem.
