Hello everyone! I took the NCLEX today and got the full 145 questions with 48 select all that applies! My last question was a select all that apply question so I believe that must’ve been a good sign. I had about 25 select all that applies in the first 75 questions. Answering all 145 questions on the NCLEX-RN alone does not mean you failed the exam. However, with each correct answer you provide, the test should give you a question that becomes increasingly more difficult than the previous one.
