Each buff consumes 20% of the locker and lasts 10 seconds. Having all 3 buffs active grants "water form" for 30 seconds, granting all three buffs and 95% evasion. **POST REWORK NOTES**. Hydroid definitely needs a rework and I think this is a good idea in the right direction. I rarely saw people play him when his loot bonus still stacked and haven't seen anyone willingly play him since they removed it in public matches/groups. Yep, the pirate is in terrible shape.
