I think it depends on how much content you are secure with already. I feel that hard. I am doing miles down currently and covering the kaplan quick sheets. I want to finish reviewing all high yield content first then do details after I start practice exams. I often think about doing other decks as sometimes miles down does not cover something.

You can definitely get a 515+ with Miledown. Both Miledown and I scored a 515+. Remember that anki is just a tool for content review. You supplementing your content review with books is a great way to go beyond Miledown's deck. Just make sure that you get adequate practice and review in.
