Went into task manager and Ended the EA App. Ran the EA App using “run as admin…”. Hit download for the trial. Changed the download location to the C drive and created a new folder called EAGames (name doesn’t matter) Selected that folder. New location now shows as C:\EAGames\Madden NFL 24. Deselected “create desktop…” (not sure ... After I enabled secure boot the game launched. I go to superstar mode and create a qb superstar. Then I launch the league. I get the settings/configuration menu and advance from there. The screen is now just stuck showing the background. 5, 10 and 20 minutes I have let it sit, no change. Wanted to follow up on those who are not able to download the game due to the game being stuck in a "preparing" state.
