BCM in my experience over torques the snot out of their barrel nuts. I've heard of people gaining accuracy by merely loosening and re-torquing their barrel down. The only BCM I've tested for accuracy was a standard 16" gov barreled quad, and it shot about 1.25" at 100yds for five most of the time with 77gr black hills.
I have a question about something little and hope one or more of you can help. I recently purchased a BCM BFH 11.5'' stripped barrel for a build and when I received it, looked it over, I noticed a stamp/marking on it that I was curious about. But we are talking 10k+ semiauto rounds on an aero barrel before you see any accuracy problems.
