Finally the codes came up a week apart for the intake and exhaust valve solenoids. Changed both of those and it honestly seemed to get lot better.

Find the wire from the driver's side lock switch and unplug it as close to the BCM as you can. If the issue stops it's on that leg. If not, try the passenger's side wire, again, as close as possible.
