Pellets placed in the pot burn perfectly, but no new pellets are fed into the pot to keep the flame going. The blower, motor and auger all seem to be operating, there are no visible clogs, and the stove is relatively clean.Went out and returned home and stove was running not ignited, but just running and spilling pellets over into the ash pot. I had to turn stove off by unplugging it. This is baffling and a bit concerning. The stove is now flashing three times in the status light. Anyway I’ve read that the 3 blink status is an esp probe problem.So in this example, jumping the auger will force it to operate (or maybe in your case not operate if its bad) so that you can either rule it out as a problem or find out that it is your problem. The status light was on and blinked 6 times, per the manual it says poor or incomplete combustion and gives the following suggestions. #1 Blocked or partial blocked flue. Chimney was just cleaned and there is noting in the chimney, air inlet was checked and is not blocked. Air chamber was checked and is not blocked.
