What pphug said. The 1.0 edition of Star Wars was an accomplishment, but the color work and extra touches on effects that has been done on 2.0 are simply astounding, from what I've seen of it. Harmy has not set a release date and has not released the second half of his workprint, so there's still a ways to go, but it's worth it.

That being said Harmy's despecialized editions are a lot cleaner looking. They are generally sharper and have more detail. They also have consistent color grading and all of the films are complete. It is much closer to how it would look if Disney released the original cuts I would imagine.
