T7 Custom Patch is good if you just want to play regular BO3 or BO3 with friends with some improvements. But BOIII Client is a MUST HAVE to play on actual dedicated servers, it also comes with every fix for stuttering, exploits, etc. gay. Yes, online servers are still online for BO2 on PC. EU servers yes ( you can use a vpn like protonvpn to connect to a lobby and disconnect afterwards ). i recommend you check out the boiii client tho. Use the t7 community patch and play in eu servers, tdm and domination is pretty active. BO3 still has an RCE exploit, so use T7 community patch to get rid of any exploits.
