I manually compile Atmosphere and use the kips and exo through hekate, its way cleaner than Kosmos. Update your atmosphere, then bootloader, then sigpatches, then you can update your firmware to latest version. Honestly all the options that come up you can just click yes to everything. The only thing that could damage your system is if you click yes to install firmware if you have a custom theme installed on your system.

After that, I noticed my games where showing [!] and figured I needed to update the sigpatches. I have tried copying the updated sigpatches over to the sd card and that didn't work.Basically nothing new, but it helped me.
