I like the mod. And the best settings I found for me so far are, suvivors spawn rate at the lowest. 5% or 0% chance of spawning with guns (because there is always a guy with a shotgun making noise at 2 in the morning attracting zeds). For the rest of the settings I don't have a specific preference, maybe increase melee spawn. Survivors are those who are uninfected by the Knox infection. It's presumed most survivors that are mentioned to be overseas or outside the quarantine zone are also immune to the airborne infection of the Knox infection.
