I have been dealing with packet burst on MW2 for PC since the game launched and nothing helps. I have tried playing with on demand textures turned off, updating all my drivers, etc. My internet latency in game is usually hovering around a 11-14 and my download speeds are always 300 mb/s wireless and even faster wired. I had some weird fps drop issues before and I watched some pc optimization videos and copied my cod settings from faze dirty and my game had been running smoothly since.
