I am looking at buying some Israel Bonds. They are currently offering a 5 year e-bond at 6.33% compounded annually. They are paid at maturity. Israel's credit is A1 at Moody's, A- at Fitch, and AA- S&P. I can't think of a good reason not to put some funds into one for a minimal risk investment.
