Icarus Precision has made some pretty awesome grip modules for both the P320 series as well as P365 models from Sig. I've been using the Pro Elite A.C.E. made for the P365 XL for awhile now. With the Icarus grip, I was able to just focus on aiming. The trigger guard notch for you support hand and the gas pedal make a big difference too.
