open the Fallout4Prefs.ini. You should see something like this. for fullscreen make sure that: bBorderless=1 bFull Screen=1. for resolution change for 21:9 resolutions (3440x1440, 2560x1080 etc) change: iSize H= (your resolution height e.g 1440,1080) iSize W= (your resolution width e.g 3440,2560) then save the file.

Rhettly February 4, 2016, 4:30am 3. Next time you start up the game, after you load your save, open up the console, type "fov 90" or whatever you prefer. After that, type "refreshini" to reload your edits to the ini files. It'll set the fov back to where you had it without affecting the fov when the pip-boy is up.
