Hello, I have been experiencing the same issue in the western suburbs of Chicago, since June 15th 2021, there has been an average of 1-2% packet loss and any speed test that is not the ATT gateway displays from 1-10Mbps upload speed, I should have 950 Mbps download / 750 Mbps upload typically. 20-30% packet loss when IP Passthrough enabled. I recently lost Internet service and a tech was sent out who replaced my "really old" gateway with a BGW210-700. I had IP Passthrough setup on the previous gateway, so I tried setting it up again on the new gateway.
