Update (August 12, 2016) Today while I was driving and took my exit I notice that when I press the accelerator it kind of took longer for the car to speed to normal , like instead of driving at 25mph when exiting I felt it was like 5mph and the car would be very slow, then after a few seconds, the speed went back to normal.
